The Capacity Code

The Capacity Code is a 6-month transformational container designed to help people understand the relationship between their nervous system, energy, patterns, and personal power.

Through nervous system education, energetic awareness, and practical tools for building emotional capacity, the program helps participants break free from survival-based patterns like people-pleasing, over-functioning, burnout, hypervigilance, and self-abandonment so they can create more space, vitality, clarity, and self-trust in their lives.

The container includes practical nervous system tools, guided meditations, instructional videos, embodiment practices, and personalized 1:1 sessions designed to support lasting transformation through both understanding and lived integration.

Rather than focusing on endlessly fixing yourself, The Capacity Code teaches you how to work with your energy differently so change becomes more sustainable, embodied, and aligned.

Module 5 Adjusting Your Lens
